Privacy policy
In short: this site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and asks for no personal data to be read.

2. Data we process
- Technical logs: like any website, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser and requested page to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This data is not used to profile you. See Cloudflare's policy.
- Emails: if you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. They are kept for at most 3 years after the last exchange.
We do not sell, rent or share any personal data.
3. YouTube videos
Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you click the player. Before that click your browser does not contact YouTube: thumbnails and video lists are served by our own server. After the click, Google/YouTube may process data under its own rules: Google Privacy Policy.
4. YouTube API Services
To publish videos on our own channels we use YouTube API Services. This only concerns our own accounts: we do not access any YouTube account data of visitors or viewers. By using our YouTube-related services you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to an application can be revoked at any time from the Google security permissions page.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Moroccan law 09-08, you can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@howcomment.com. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
6. Changes
If we ever add analytics or advertising, this page will be updated and your consent will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.
